This historic meteorite fell on the "Emerald Isle" 191 years ago, amid loud detonations and a brilliant light show. Limerick in County Limerick, Ireland is also the home of the humorous Limerick verse, so I guess I should really be writing this description in rhyme. But I think I'll just say that the Limerick meteorite is a rarity that you're extremely unlikely to see outside of a museum.
